After filling out the contact form, your local representative will call you to set up the appointment date and time. We take your situation very seriously and understand the topics you plan to discuss with your representative should be discussed within the privacy of your home. We do not recommend discussing your personal information over the phone, however. Your SSAA Professional will discuss the important details surrounding your circumstances, answer your questions, and provide you with valuable information that will help you execute a course of action that will satisfy your needs. All of the services discussed during the appointment will be free of charge. In order to get the most out of your consultation, consider implementing the following recommendations:
- Be prepared to provide the representative with a mortgage statement for each mortgage on your property.
- Prepare a list of questions you have regarding default, foreclosure, or foreclosure alternatives
- Make sure that all signers on the mortgage are present during the visit.
