Jonathan Bowman, president and founder of SSAA, has been involved in the pre-foreclosure industry for over ten years and has personally processed over a thousand short sales and loan modifications. Bowman has also trained and mentored hundreds of real estate professionals to assist distressed-mortgage homeowners.

Drawing on his extensive experience in the industry, and recognizing the need for a unified system that benefits all parties, Bowman has developed the industry’s most state-of-the-art, interactive system for helping homeowners who are in a distressed-mortgage situation.

This comprehensive program brings homeowners together with qualified and trusted real estate professionals. SSAA educates, empowers and provides powerful new tools to identify and reach those in need and to utilize current government and bank programs to assist homeowners and homebuyers.

Mr. Bowman understands that distressed-mortgage homeowners are vulnerable. SSAA’s Code of Ethics and Standards was created to protect these homeowners from those who would seek to exploit their situation. This unique program provides members and homeowners a place to turn for trusted foreclosure and pre-foreclosure education and assistance.

Prior to founding SSAA, Mr. Bowman co-founded a national short sale processing company. He also developed a comprehensive web-based training and education library and module to assist and train real estate agents on every aspect of the pre-foreclosure industry. SSAA makes real estate professionals more successful in this challenging real estate market, helps banks minimize foreclosure-related losses, and protects homeowners from the devastating effects of foreclosure.
